Leaving TMC we head down the Highway, onto Telegraph Road, then Mona Vale road, stopping at St Ives.

 

Here we have our rider breifing and split into the various groups before heading to Terrey Hills.

 

At Terry Hills we turn left into McCarrs Creek Road and descend with CAUTION turning left into West Head Road.

 

At the top we regroup and follow the undulating road to the Lookout. Heading back we do a right turn and descend into Akuna Bay.

We regroup at the top, head back to Terrey Hills via Duffys Forest, on to Mona Vale Road and home.
